Task Types
Call Task
Creates a reminder to call the prospect.
- Includes the prospect’s phone number and script (if configured).
- You can log the call outcome directly in First Touch to resume the flow.
Generic Task
A custom instruction for any other action.
- Examples: “Comment on their recent LinkedIn post,” “Send a physical gift,” or “Research their investors.”
Execution
When a prospect reaches a Manual Task step:- The Flow stops for that prospect.
- A task appears in the Tasks page of the web app.
- The prospect will not move to the next step until you mark the task as Completed.
