Use Manual Task and Call steps when a rep needs to take action.

Task Types

Call Task

Creates a call task for the assigned rep.

Generic Task

Creates a manual task for any non-automated work.

Execution

When a prospect reaches a Manual Task step:
  1. The Flow stops for that prospect.
  2. A task appears in the Tasks page of the web app.
  3. The prospect will not move to the next step until the task is resolved.
Users can complete the task or skip the step, depending on the workflow they want to follow.
