Delay steps determine the time gap between actions. Without delays, your flow would attempt to execute every step instantly (which would be chaotic).

Configuration Options

Standard Wait

Wait a specific number of minutes, hours, or days.
  • Example: “Wait 3 Days” (This places a 3-day gap between the previous email and the next one).

Business Days Only

You can toggle “Skip Weekends” to ensure emails don’t land on a Saturday or Sunday, maintaining a professional cadence.

Time Windows

Delays also respect your global Sending Schedule (defined in Settings). Even if a 1-day delay expires at 3 AM, the email won’t send until your configured start time (e.g., 9 AM).
