Sometimes you identify a great prospect but lack their contact information. The Enrichment tools in the extension allow you to unlock email addresses and phone numbers with a single click.

Email Lookup

If a prospect’s email isn’t already known, click the Unlock Email button to initiate the search. First Touch uses a “Waterfall” approach to ensure the highest success rate.

Waterfall Search

First Touch queries multiple trusted third-party data sources sequentially. It tries one source, and if no match is found, it automatically moves to the next until a likely email is discovered.

Verification Checks

Before displaying an email, we run it through Email Validation. We check:
  • Does the mailbox exist?
  • Is it a known hard bounce?
If a validated email cannot be found, the system will report “No valid email found” rather than providing you with bad data.

Save to Profile

Once found and verified, the email is displayed in the sidebar and automatically saved to the prospect’s profile in First Touch for future use.

Phone Lookup

Click Unlock Phone to search for the prospect’s contact number.
  • Priority: The system prioritizes Direct Dials (mobile or direct work lines).
  • Fallback: If a direct line is unavailable, it may return a general company number.
  • Validation: All numbers are checked for basic format validity before being added to the prospect’s info for your Call Scripts.

Credit Usage & Billing

Enrichment actions consume “credits” based on your First Touch plan. We utilize a fair billing model to ensure you only pay for value.
  • Successful Lookups: 1 Credit (typically).
  • Failed Lookups: 0 Credits (usually do not count against your balance).
  • Cached Results: If someone in your organization has already looked up a specific prospect, you are not charged a second time. First Touch caches the data to prevent duplicate costs.
You can monitor your available enrichment credits at any time in your Account Settings.
