Sometimes you identify a great prospect but lack their contact information. The Enrichment tools in the extension allow you to unlock email addresses and phone numbers with a single click.

Email Lookup

Find and verify professional email addresses using waterfall logic.

Phone Lookup

Search available providers for a prospect phone number.

Email Lookup

If a prospect’s email isn’t already known, click the Unlock Email button to initiate the search. First Touch uses a “Waterfall” approach to ensure the highest success rate.

Provider Search

First Touch queries supported data providers for an email candidate.

Provider Validation

FirstTouch displays the email only after the provider result passes the supported validation checks. Validation reflects provider evidence and does not guarantee future delivery.

Save to Profile

Once found and verified, the email is displayed in the sidebar and automatically saved to the prospect’s profile in First Touch for future use.
If the provider search and validation do not return an acceptable value, the extension shows Not found.

Phone Lookup

Click Unlock Phone to search for the prospect’s contact number. FirstTouch displays a phone number when a supported provider returns an acceptable prospect result. The extension does not promise a direct dial and does not fall back to a general company number. If no acceptable prospect number is returned, the extension shows Not found.

Credit Usage & Billing

Enrichment actions can consume FirstTouch credits based on your current plan and billing configuration.
Credit behavior can vary by action type, plan, current pricing, and whether the value has already been unlocked for your team. Check the Billing page in FirstTouch for the current rules that apply to your account.
You can monitor available credits from Billing when your membership has billing access.
