Understanding Action Plans
An “Activity” represents a single prospect’s journey through a Flow. These are categorized into two approaches:- Proactive (Outbound): You manually enrolled a prospect or an audience without a specific external trigger.
- Reactive (Inbound/Signals): The system automatically enrolled a prospect based on a Signal (e.g., “Website Visit”, “Funding Update”, or “Hiring”).
The Activity Feed

| Completed | All steps have been executed successfully. |
| Replied | Success! The prospect replied to an email or LinkedIn message. The flow stops automatically. |
| Meeting Booked | Success! A meeting was detected in your calendar. The flow stops automatically. |
| Canceled | The flow was manually stopped by a user or the approval task was rejected. |
| Failed | A step failed (e.g., email bounce or disconnected account). |
