Where Activities Come From
Each activity represents one contact’s progress through a flow. Activities usually start from one of two sources:- Audience-based enrollment: A contact was enrolled from a saved audience or manual enrollment workflow.
- Signal-based enrollment: A contact was enrolled automatically because of a signal, such as a website visit or company event.
Activity List
Each row gives a quick summary of that contact’s activity. Common details include:- Prospect name and role
- Company name and website when available
- Lead score
- A source badge for the audience or signal that enrolled the contact
- Assigned team members
- The next scheduled step when the activity is still running
- Reply received
- Meeting booked
- Removed from flow
- Email bounced
- Paused
Status
Activities can appear in these main states:| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| In Progress | The contact is still moving through the flow. |
| Completed | The activity finished without requiring additional action. |
| Canceled | The activity was stopped manually or ended because a related approval was rejected. |
| Failed | A step failed and the activity could not continue normally. |
Filters
Use search and filters to narrow the list when needed. Activities supports filters for status, date, audience, team member, signal, reply type, score, and whether to show all activities.Activity Details
Select any activity to open its details view.Execution History
Shows the activity’s steps in order, including completed steps, steps still waiting to run, and timestamps when available.
Contact And Company Context
Use the Contact and Company tabs to review the research and profile details used to personalize outreach.
