This checklist reflects the current team admin onboarding flow. Invited team members see a shorter checklist focused on connecting their own social account and extension setup.

Onboarding Checklist

Connect your HubSpot account

Connect HubSpot so First Touch can map CRM fields, sync HubSpot audiences, enrich records, and support HubSpot workflow actions.
  1. Go to Team Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect on the HubSpot card and authorize the connection.
  3. Look for the green Connected indicator.
Connecting HubSpot allows First Touch to:
  • Enrich records: Automatically update contact and company properties with fresh data.
  • Log supported activity: Log supported LinkedIn activity back to the HubSpot contact timeline.
  • Avoid duplicates: We check existing records before creating new ones.

Connect Social account

To enable automated profile viewing and messaging, connect a social account from User Accounts. For team onboarding, make sure each sender connects their own social account.

Click here to connect your account and configure daily safety limits.

Create your first flow

Turn data into action. Flows are the engine of your outreach campaigns.

Invite team members

Invite teammates after your first flow is in place so the right people can participate in outreach.
  • Navigate to Team Settings.
  • Invite members via their work email.
  • Assign roles (Member or Admin) based on the access they need.
Pro Tip: Ask each sender to connect their own social account and install the Chrome Extension.

Trigger your flow inside HubSpot workflows

Set it and forget it. Trigger flows automatically based on CRM changes.
  1. Open HubSpot and navigate to Workflows.
  2. Add the Enroll Contact into First Touch Flow action.
  3. Select the Flow you created in Step 3.
Example: Trigger a flow automatically when a contact’s “Lifecycle Stage” changes to “Opportunity”.

Install the Browser Extension (Optional)

Allow your team to enroll prospects from the Chrome extension.
