Onboarding Checklist

Connect your HubSpot account

Sync data bi-directionally to streamline your workflow and enrich your CRM with AI research.
  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect HubSpot and authorize the connection.
  3. Look for the green Connected indicator.
Connecting HubSpot allows First Touch to:
  • Enrich records: Automatically update contact and company properties with fresh data.
  • Log activity: Sync emails, calls, and LinkedIn tasks directly to the contact timeline.
  • Avoid duplicates: We check existing records before creating new ones.

Invite team members

Next, let’s invite all of your team members so sales and marketing are aligned.
  • Navigate to Team Settings.
  • Invite members via their work email.
  • Assign roles (Member or Owner) to control permissions.
Pro Tip: Ensure your team installs the Chrome Extension so they can access shared flows and data directly from their browser.

Connect LinkedIn account

To enable automated profile viewing and messaging, you must link your LinkedIn account. Ensure all team members are connected on LinkedIn.

Authorize LinkedIn Connection

Click here to connect your account and configure daily safety limits.

Create your first flow

Turn data into action. Flows are the engine of your outreach campaigns.

Trigger your flow inside HubSpot workflows

Set it and forget it. Trigger flows automatically based on CRM changes.
  1. Open HubSpot and navigate to Workflows.
  2. Add the Enroll Contact into First Touch Flow action.
  3. Select the Flow you created in Step 4.
Example: Trigger a flow automatically when a contact’s “Lifecycle Stage” changes to “Opportunity”.
