First Touch flows can leverage specialized AI “agents” that automate parts of the prospecting process. These AI Agents run as steps (or behind the scenes) in your flows to do things like research or qualification. There are three key agents:

AI Researcher

The Deep Diver. Performs web research to answer specific questions about every prospect (e.g., “What is a unique detail about their background?”).

AI Prospector

The List Builder. Acts as an “AI SDR” to automatically find and enroll relevant contacts at target companies based on your persona criteria.

AI Qualification

The Gatekeeper. Automatically scores and filters prospects based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure you focus on high-quality leads.
