Team Management controls who can access your FirstTouch Team and what each person can do.
A Team is the customer-controlled boundary for members, billing, connected accounts, integrations, audiences, Flow Plans, and product data.

Invite Team Members

Team Admins can invite people by email and choose their Team Role and Seat Type during invitation. When inviting users:
  • use the email address the person should use to sign in
  • choose Admin or Member for the Team Role
  • choose Sender (paid) or View-only (free) for the Seat Type
  • review sender capacity before sending Sender invitations
Pending invitations with Sender (paid) reserve sender capacity until they are accepted, revoked, expired, or changed to View-only (free).

Team Roles

Team Roles control administrative authority. Every active Team must retain at least one Admin.

Seat Types

Seat Type controls sender entitlement. Seat Type is separate from Team Role. For example, a Team Admin can be View-only (free) and still manage Team settings, but they cannot perform sender actions that require sender entitlement.

Connected Accounts

Connected email, LinkedIn, and social accounts are usable only through the Team where they are connected. The same external sender account can be active for sending in at most one Team at a time. FirstTouch supports one connected social account per user in the Active Team. The account is available through that user’s Team Membership in that Team. Removing sender access or disconnecting an account can affect scheduled outreach for that sender. Review the LinkedIn Outreach Queue for social actions and Activities or Tasks for other channels.

Remove A Team Member

Removing a Team Membership immediately revokes that user’s access to the Team. If removing the membership leaves the user without access to any Team, FirstTouch provisions or reactivates a Default Team for that user. Access to any other Teams is not removed. Before removing a member, review:
  • active sender account ownership
  • assigned Tasks and Approval Tasks
  • Flow Plan candidate assignment
  • billing access and Admin coverage
  • whether the Team will still have at least one Admin and one required Sender
Removal does not erase historical activity. Existing Flow Enrollments may need reassignment, cancellation, or review.
