The Tasks page is your team’s work queue for flow steps that need human action. Tasks are created automatically when a prospect reaches a step that cannot proceed on its own, such as an approval step, a call step, or a manual task. From this page, you can review the task, complete it, skip it, or cancel the flow for that prospect.

Task Types

Your queue can contain three primary task types:

Approval Tasks

Generated when a flow reaches an approval-required step.
  • Common use cases: Email approvals and LinkedIn/social approvals.
  • Context: Shows the generated content, related prospect and company context, and the steps tied to the approval.
  • Action: Review the content, edit it if needed, then click Approve & Run.

Call Tasks

Generated from a Call step in a flow.
  • Context: Shows the generated call script and the prospect phone section in the task details.
  • Action: Complete the call, then click Log Call to mark the task complete.

Manual Tasks

Generated from a Manual Task step.
  • Context: Shows the task name and description configured in the flow.
  • Action: Complete the offline work, then click Mark as done.

Task List

The task list helps your team prioritize work quickly. Each task card can include:
  • Prospect name and role
  • Company name and company link when available
  • Lead score
  • Source badge, such as an audience or signal source
  • Assigned team member indicators
  • Current task status and refresh state when applicable

Filters

Use filters to narrow the queue to the work you need to complete. Quick filters on the page include:
  • Search
  • Status
  • Type
The filters drawer includes additional filters such as:
  • Due Date
  • Status
  • Task Type
  • Audience
  • Team Members
  • Signal
  • Score
Clearing filters keeps the current-user assignment behavior in place, so the queue can continue defaulting to your own tasks.

Task Details

Select a task to open the Task details view. On desktop, task details open beside the task list. On mobile, they open in a drawer. The details view includes:
  • A header with prospect identity details, lead score, and quick links where available
  • Unlock email and Unlock phone number actions when contact data has not yet been revealed
  • Tabs for Current Task, Contact, and Company
  • An Open activity shortcut so you can jump to the related activity record

Working a Task

Completing tasks effectively keeps flows moving.
1

Select a task

Click a task in the queue to open its details and review the related context.
2

Review the task content

  • Approval tasks: Review the generated message or approval steps, and edit content where allowed.
  • Call tasks: Review the call script and supporting prospect/company context.
  • Manual tasks: Review the task name and description provided by your team.
3

Complete, skip, or cancel

Use the action buttons shown for that task type:
  • Approve & Run: Completes an approval task and runs the approved step
  • Log Call: Completes a call task
  • Mark as done: Completes a manual task
  • Skip this step: Skips a call or manual task step
  • Cancel Flow: Stops the flow for that prospect

Bulk Actions

You can select multiple to-do tasks and apply bulk actions from the bottom action bar. Available bulk actions are:
  • Approve / Log
  • Refresh messaging
  • Cancel
Refresh messaging is limited to up to 50 selected tasks at a time.

Manual Task Behavior

Manual tasks can be configured differently in the flow builder. If Wait for completion is enabled on the manual task step, the flow pauses until the task is either completed or canceled. If it is not enabled, the manual task can still be created for the assignee, but the flow does not have to wait for it before moving forward.
