Task Types
Your queue allows you to filter and execute specific types of tasks:Approval Tasks (Email & LinkedIn)
The Gatekeeper Step. Generated when a flow step (Email or LinkedIn message) is marked as “Human approval required”.
- Context: Shows the full AI-generated message and the prospect’s details.
- Action: You can edit the text manually, use the Magic Wand to adjust the prompt, or approve it to send immediately.
Call Tasks
The Dialer Step. Generated from a Call Card in a flow.
- Context: Displays the AI-generated call script (opener, background, reasoning) and the prospect’s phone number.
- Action: Perform the call and click Log Call to record the outcome (e.g., “Left Voicemail”) and move the prospect to the next step.
Manual Tasks
The Custom Step. Generated from a Manual Task Card.
- Context: Contains custom title and description instructions defined by your team (e.g., “Research recent news” or “Comment on their most recent LinkedIn post”).
- Action: Mark as Done once the offline action is completed.
Execution Workflow
Completing tasks effectively is key to maintaining flow velocity.1
Select a Task
Click on any task card to open the Task Details view. This splits your screen, showing the task action on the left and the Prospect/Company intelligence tabs on the right.

Review & Edit
- For Approvals: Review the copy. You can manually edit the text or use the “Magic Wand” to adjust the prompt and regenerate the message.
- For Calls: Read the generated opener/script and dial the number displayed.
- For LinkedIn: Click the LinkedIn link to open the prospect’s profile directly.

Execute
Choose your action:
- Approve & Run: Marks the task as done and immediately triggers the automated action (e.g., sends the email or LinkedIn message).
- Schedule: Sets the action to run at a specific future date/time.
- Log Call: Records the call outcome and completes the task.
- Cancel: Stops the flow for this prospect entirely.
