HubSpot segment (list)

Use a HubSpot list when you want a synced audience source.

CSV file

Import a one-time list and map the columns before saving.

Sales Navigator

Import contacts from a Sales Navigator URL.

Trigger manually

Use a manually managed source for workflows that are enrolled outside of a synced audience.

Choose existing audience

Reuse an audience that already exists in First Touch.

How to Choose

  • Use CSV file for a fixed imported list.
  • Use HubSpot segment (list) for a synced list.
  • Use HubSpot workflow when HubSpot should drive enrollment.
  • Use Choose existing audience if the audience already exists in First Touch.
  • Use Sales Navigator for LinkedIn list imports.
  • Use Trigger manually when enrollment is managed manually.

Notes

  • Some trigger types require a connected HubSpot account.
  • Sales Navigator imports require an eligible LinkedIn or Sales Navigator setup.
