Use flow settings to control how a flow assigns work, enriches data, and syncs with CRM.

Data Enrichment

Flow settings can include enrichment options such as:
  • contact social profile enrichment
  • company social profile enrichment
  • email enrichment
  • phone enrichment

Exclusion Lists

Use Check exclusion lists to make the flow respect your configured exclusions. When enabled, First Touch checks prospects against your contact, company, and synced HubSpot exclusions before outreach.

Ownership Assignment

Ownership settings control who works each contact. Common patterns include:
  • CRM owner mapping
  • round-robin assignment
  • handling unowned accounts

CRM Integration

When HubSpot is connected, flow settings can also control CRM task creation and record enrichment.
