  • Key Prospect Question/Web Research Question: The guiding research question First Touch will try to answer about each prospect (for example, “What is something unique about this prospect’s background?”). You would have chosen this during onboarding. You can update it here if your focus changes.
  • What You Sell: A clear, concise description of your product or service. Make sure this is kept up to date if your offering evolves.
  • Who You Sell To: The primary buyer personas, industries, or company types you target. This should mirror your ideal customer profile. Multiple segments can be listed if you serve a few types of customers.
  • Value Proposition / Case Studies: Key value points, proof points, or short case studies. If your product has several use cases, you might list a few one-liners here, or a brief example of a customer success story. (e.g. “Helped ACME Corp reduce churn by 20% by streamlining their onboarding.”)
Keeping the Knowledge Base current is important – whenever you generate new emails or messages, the AI pulls the latest info from here. So if you launch a new product line or enter a new vertical, be sure to update these fields. New AI generations will reflect the changes immediately.
