The Power of your Website URLProviding your Company Website is critical. First Touch scrapes your website to learn about your business, industry, and value propositions. If your website changes or you want to refresh the data, update this URL field to trigger a new scrape.

Writing Style

Writing Style settings define your AI Voice. Everyone has a different style—these settings ensure the AI mimics yours (or your team’s) so messages feel authentic.

Configuration Options

You can adjust several “knobs” to fine-tune the output:
  • Tone & Formality: Sliders or presets ranging from “Warm & Casual” to “Corporate & Formal.”
  • Persona/Perspective: Choose if you want to sound Consultative, Humorous, Straightforward, etc.
  • Custom Description: Enter a prompt in your own words (e.g., “I write in a very upbeat, motivational tone and I like to use analogies”).

Visualizing Your Style

These settings apply globally. See how changing your Tone setting impacts the same message:
Setting: “Corporate & Professional”
“Hello [Name], I am writing to introduce you to our latest platform. I believe it aligns well with your current initiatives at [Company]. Would you be available for a brief discussion next week?”
Note: The AI avoids contractions and slang, prioritizing professional structure.
Consistency is Key. While you can always tweak individual drafts in the Action Bar, setting your global Writing Style ensures 90% of the work is done before you even start editing.
