The User accounts tab (at /settings/accounts) is where you connect the accounts First Touch uses to send on your behalf. It contains two sections: Social account and Email accounts.
View-only members cannot connect accounts. The Add account button is disabled and a notice is shown. Contact your admin to upgrade to a sender seat.

Social Account

First Touch supports one Social account per user. Click Add account to connect yours.

Account Details Drawer

Click the three-dot menu on a connected account row to open the Email settings drawer (the same drawer is used for social account configuration). From here you can:
  • View your daily capacity — the number of social actions allowed per day. First Touch enforces this limit to protect your LinkedIn account health.
  • Set as default — marks this account as the primary sender for flows.
  • Disconnect — removes the account from First Touch.
Disconnecting a social account while it is being used in active flows will stop social steps in those flows from executing.

Email Accounts

You can connect one or more email accounts. First Touch supports:
  • Gmail (Google OAuth)
  • Outlook (Microsoft OAuth)
Click Add account and select your provider. You will be prompted to sign in and grant access. First Touch uses OAuth and does not store your email credentials.

Per-account Settings

Click the three-dot menu on any email row to open the Email settings drawer.
SettingDescription
Daily capacityThe maximum number of emails this account can send per day. Click the edit icon to change it. First Touch enforces this limit to protect deliverability.
Sender nameThe display name shown to recipients in their inbox.

DefaultMarks this account as the primary sender. Click Set as default to change which account is used.

Removing an Account

Click the trash icon inside the drawer (or via the table row actions) and confirm removal. If the account is attached to active flows, those flows will fail to send until a valid sender is assigned.
