The Sending Schedule tab (at /settings/schedule) defines the windows during which First Touch executes automated outreach. Two independent schedules are configured here: one for social (LinkedIn) activity and one for email. Changes apply to your account only. Click Save once to apply both schedules together.

Social Sending Schedule

Controls when LinkedIn actions — connection requests, messages, InMails — are performed.

TimezoneThe timezone used to interpret your work hours and days.
Work HoursThe time range (start and end, in 15-minute increments) during which social actions may run.
Work DaysThe days of the week social actions are allowed. Select up to 5 days.
LinkedIn account safety is enforced by a hard limit of 5 work days per week. If you select more than 5 days the schedule cannot be saved and a warning is shown. This limit is not configurable.

Email Sending Schedule

Controls when outbound emails are sent.

TimezoneThe timezone used to interpret your work hours and days.
Work HoursThe time range during which emails may be sent (15-minute increments).
Work DaysThe days of the week emails are allowed to send. All 7 days are available for email.
Flows respect your sending schedule even when a delay step expires outside your work hours. For example, if a 1-day delay expires at 3 AM, the email will not send until your configured start time.

Saving

The Save button applies both the social and email schedules together. It is disabled when no changes have been made. If either schedule has not been created yet, clicking Save will create it.
