Security - First Touch Documentation

The Security tab (at /settings/security) lets you update the password on your First Touch account and sign out other sessions.

Change Your Password

Fill in the three fields and click Change Password.

Field	Notes
Current password	Your existing password. If you signed up with Google and have never set a password, leave this field blank.
New password	Your chosen new password. Must meet the minimum strength requirements.
New password confirmation	Re-enter the new password to confirm.

Forgot Your Password?

Click the I forgot my password link beneath the Change Password button. You will be taken to the password-reset flow where you can request a reset email. Your current session remains active while you do this.

Sign Out Other Sessions

Use Sign out other sessions to end your First Touch sessions on other devices. Your current session remains active.

Account Access Notes

Password reset links expire after a limited time. Request a new link if yours no longer works.
After repeated failed password attempts, FirstTouch can temporarily lock sign-in attempts to protect the account.
If you joined by invite, use the same email address that received the invitation.
When a Team Membership is removed, the current removal flow reactivates your existing Default Team or creates one if needed, even if you still belong to other Teams.
