Connecting Your Account

To enable Social Platform actions, connect your personal social account in Settings > User Accounts.
First Touch currently supports one social account per user. View-only members cannot connect accounts.

Log into FirstTouch

Access your FirstTouch dashboard by logging into your account.

Open User Accounts

Navigate to Settings and open the User Accounts tab.

Add Social Account

In the Social account section, click Add account.

Enter Your Details

Enter the email address and password for your social account, then select the country closest to you.

Confirm Safety Requirements

Before you continue, confirm all of the following:
  • You completed the safety checklist.
  • Your account has at least 100 connections.
  • You are not using other social automation tools.

Complete Verification If Prompted

During connection, your account may ask for an authentication code or an in-app approval. Complete that verification to finish connecting.

Troubleshooting Statuses

You can check your connection health in the User Accounts tab.

DisconnectedThe account session expired or was disconnected by the system.Click Re-log to reconnect.
RestrictedThe platform has restricted the account.Log in manually on the platform and resolve the restriction before reconnecting.

Recovery Actions

  • Re-log: Reconnects an account that needs attention or was disconnected.
  • Enter PIN: Used when the platform asks for a verification code.
  • Resend: Available for supported verification methods if you need the code or approval request sent again.

After You Connect

Once connected, you can manage several important settings from User Accounts:
  • Daily limits for profile views, connection requests, and messages
  • Location used to keep account activity aligned with your usual region
  • Sync status and last sync time for your social connections
You should also configure when automation is allowed to run in Sending Schedule.
If your social account disconnects, Social Platform steps in active flows will stop running until the account is reconnected.
