Connecting Your Account
To enable social actions, you must connect your personal social account within the FirstTouch settings. You can complete this setup using our Chrome extension or by logging in directly.Choose Your Connection Method
You have two options for connecting your account:
- Chrome Extension: Use the FirstTouch Chrome extension to automatically bridge your active session.
- Direct Login: Enter your social account credentials (Email and Password) directly into the FirstTouch prompt.
Approve the Connection
Once you have completed the login steps, you may receive a security notification on your mobile device. Simply approve the login attempt on your device to finalize the connection.
Safety Check
Before proceeding with campaigns, confirm these safety prerequisites:
- Your account has at least 100 connections (automating brand-new accounts is risky).
- You are not using other social automation tools simultaneously.
- You will follow the FirstTouch warming procedures: FirstTouch Warming Guide.
Troubleshooting Statuses
You can check your connection health in the User Accounts tab.| Status | What it means | Action Required |
|---|---|---|
| Available | Connected and working normally. | None. |
| PIN Required | Your social account is asking for a verification code (SMS/Email/Authenticator). | Check your device/email and enter or approve the code. |
| Wrong Credentials | Password may have changed or was entered incorrectly. | Re-enter your latest password via Direct Login or Extension. |
| Not Connected | Session expired or disconnected. | Click Re-log to resume flows. |
If your account disconnects: All social actions in your active flows will automatically pause. They will resume exactly where they left off once you reconnect.
