Use this page when FirstTouch does not appear in your assistant, sign-in fails, the wrong team is connected, a flow cannot be created, discovery is blocked, or LinkedIn/email actions cannot run.
  • Restart your AI assistant app after editing the setup.
  • Confirm FirstTouch is enabled in the app.
  • Check that the connection URL is correct.
  • Make sure you used the MCP server URL shown in your FirstTouch workspace.
  • Try connecting again and complete FirstTouch sign-in in the browser window.
  • Make sure you approve the FirstTouch connection when prompted.
  • Confirm you approved the correct FirstTouch team workspace.
  • If you changed teams, reconnect or add a separate MCP connection for that team.
  • Confirm your FirstTouch user is a team owner or admin.
  • Ask the assistant: “Show my current FirstTouch permissions.”
  • Review the flow validation errors returned by FirstTouch.
  • Remember that publishing activates a flow, but does not automatically enroll awaiting contacts.
  • Confirm your team has available FirstTouch credits.
  • Ask the assistant to show your current credit balance and feature costs.
  • For discovery, preview a small result first and confirm the maximum credit spend before loading more.
  • Remember that MCP cost fields are FirstTouch credits, not USD prices.
  • Confirm Social Engagement is unlocked for your team.
  • Ask the assistant to show your Social Engagement config and monitored profile counts.
  • Make sure the monitored profile is active and not suspended or auto-deactivated.
  • If Social Engagement is disabled, ask the assistant to enable it or add the monitored profile with collection enabled.
  • Publish the linked Social Engagement flow before expecting captured engagers to enter it.
  • Polling is asynchronous. If a profile was just added, wait before expecting captured engagers.
  • Confirm the assigned sender has the required channel enabled.
  • Email actions need an effective recipient email.
  • LinkedIn actions need a live synced LinkedIn account for the sender.
  • Review any pending human approval tasks.
  • Ask the assistant to show active LinkedIn outreach or blocked email sends for the flow.
  • Ask for the active LinkedIn outreach queue when checking LinkedIn execution status.
  • Ask for the email send queue when checking submitted or scheduled email sends.
  • If an email is not in the send queue, ask the assistant to inspect the enrollment, approval tasks, sender account, and recipient email.
  • If a LinkedIn action is blocked, ask for review-required or diagnostic LinkedIn queue details.
  • For one named contact, ask for a Dynamic Action.
  • If you already know the email, LinkedIn URL, or phone number, include it directly.
  • For a list, segment, filter, HubSpot list, Sales Navigator search, or multiple contacts, ask for an Audience and Flow Plan.
  • If you name an existing flow, ask the assistant to enroll contacts into that flow.
