What Is MCP?

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is a standard way for AI assistants to connect with apps like FirstTouch and take approved actions for you. When you connect FirstTouch MCP, your assistant can work inside FirstTouch on your behalf using your team workspace and permissions. For example, you can ask:
  • “Create a flow for this audience and keep it as a draft.”
  • “Find 10 VP Sales prospects in SaaS companies in the United States and tell me the credit impact first.”
  • “Find the email, phone, or LinkedIn URL we already have for this contact.”
  • “Show active LinkedIn outreach that is waiting to run.”
  • “Show blocked email sends for this flow.”
  • “Monitor this LinkedIn profile and send connection requests to people who liked or commented.”
  • “Show team metrics for the last 30 days.”
  • “Show my pending approval tasks.”
  • “Send a LinkedIn connection request to this contact, then follow up after they accept.”
FirstTouch still controls what can be viewed or changed. The assistant can only perform supported FirstTouch actions that your account is allowed to use.

Where It Helps

FirstTouch MCP is best for outbound workflows that combine research, enrichment, flow setup, queue diagnostics, task management, and reporting.

Audiences and Flow Plans

Create reusable Flow Plans for audiences, HubSpot lists, Sales Navigator sources, or manually supplied contacts.

Dynamic Actions

Create ad hoc email, LinkedIn, call, or manual-task actions for one contact without building a reusable flow or searching when you already know the required details.

LinkedIn Signals

Monitor LinkedIn profile likes and comments, capture engagers, and route them into the linked Social Engagement flow.

Contact Discovery

Build groups of prospects with filters such as role title, industry, location, company size, funding, company name, or company domain.

Enrichment

Find existing contact data or enrich prospect emails, phone numbers, contact profiles, LinkedIn URLs, and company information.

Enrollment Management

Review awaiting contacts, enroll contacts into published flows, inspect enrollment status, cancel queued enrollments, and reenroll contacts when needed.

Task Management

Discover tasks that need attention, review generated content, approve outreach, and keep manual follow-ups moving.

Team Metrics

Ask for sent actions, engagement, replies, sentiment, opportunities, meetings booked, and chart trends by date, flow, or sender.

Outreach Queues

See active, blocked, failed, canceled, and completed LinkedIn or email actions without digging through activity screens.

Team LinkedIn Connections

Find saved LinkedIn connections across your team, including who is connected to a specific person.
You can also check workspace information, including your current user, team permissions, credit balance, feature costs, team members, audiences, flows, and HubSpot lists.
MCP access is scoped to the FirstTouch team you authorize. If you work across multiple teams, connect each team separately so your assistant always uses the right team workspace.
