# Tasks List

> Call get_guide with topic=tasks_and_approvals for task kinds, readiness, approval, editing, completion, and skipping guidance.

<ul>
<li>List lightweight task summaries with title, summary, assignee, contact/company details, enrollment status and workflow name, and direct UI links.</li>
<li>Use task.id with preview_task to open full details.</li>
<li>Without taskIds, defaults to todo tasks assigned to the current user.</li>
<li>With taskIds, defaults to all statuses and all assignees the caller can read in the current team; explicit statuses, assignedUserId, and includeTeamTasks=true still apply.</li>
<li>Callers can set includeTeamTasks=true to read tasks owned by active members of the current team, or assignedUserId for one user.</li>
<li>For a general request to view pending tasks, omit types.</li>
<li>Use preview_task for payload, properties, warnings, and action details.</li>
