> For API operations, fetch https://gateway.firsttouch.ai/api/public/openapi.json for the complete input/output schemas, internal references, and x-mcp-annotations. Endpoint Markdown intentionally omits generated schema fragments. Select /api/public/tools/<tool_name> using the exact underscore-separated name. Send requests to https://gateway.firsttouch.ai; the canonical document currently omits servers. Start at https://docs.firsttouch.com/api-reference/agent-start.md.

Detailed usage guidance

Adds one LinkedIn profile or company page to a selected existing Social Engagement signal.

Requires team admin access and paid or trial access.

Supply request.signalId from list_social_engagement_signals; custom signals supply their fixed tracking mode, so omit engagementType or supply the matching mode.

Omitting signalId uses the legacy system signal and requires engagementType.

loadHistory defaults to false.

Use create_social_engagement_signal for a new independent signal and Flow Plan.

Eligible collection can consume credits and run asynchronously while the flow is draft.

The response includes socialEngagement.flowPlan and socialEngagement.signal for the owning signal.

The selected signal must be enabled before adding a profile; otherwise the operation returns an error.

Use update_social_engagement_signal with isEnabled=true first when enabling collection is authorized.

Does not publish its flow.

Each seat allows five monitors across the team, including paused monitors.
