# Activate Social Engagement Monitored Profile

> Requires the admin team role or global admin access. Check get_current_user.toolAccess before calling.

<li>Resumes one saved Social Engagement monitored profile using request.profileId from list_social_engagement_monitored_profiles.</li>
<li>Requires team admin access and paid or trial access.</li>
<li>Collection requires the owning signal to be enabled and unlocked and sufficient credits; otherwise the profile remains suspended.</li>
<li>Collection, including requested history, can consume FirstTouch credits.</li>
<li>Returns the owning signal and its linked Flow Plan.</li>
<li>Other profiles and signals retain their state; this does not publish a flow.</li>
