# Flow Settings

> Review the main settings for a flow.

Use flow settings to control how a flow assigns work, enriches data, and syncs with CRM.

## Data Enrichment

Flow settings can include enrichment options such as:

* contact social profile enrichment
* company social profile enrichment
* email enrichment
* phone enrichment

## Exclusion Lists

Use **Check exclusion lists** to make the flow respect your configured exclusions.

When enabled, First Touch checks prospects against your contact, company, and synced HubSpot exclusions before outreach.

## Ownership Assignment

Ownership settings control who works each contact.

Common patterns include:

* CRM owner mapping
* round-robin assignment
* handling unowned accounts

## CRM Integration

When HubSpot is connected, flow settings can also control CRM task creation and record enrichment.

## Email Tracking

Flow settings can include email tracking controls such as click tracking.
